Here’s How My Coaching Programs Work!

I designed my powerful and transformational coaching and consulting programs for the woman just like YOU, who wants to feel healthy, successful and fulfilled in all areas of her life.

I incorporated nearly two decades of my education, experience and expertise in the area of coaching, consulting, leadership, health and wellness, to develop a unique style of coaching that is focused on inspiring and empowering my clients to make lasting improvements in their lives by focusing on awareness, alignment, and action.

During our work together you will receive a personalized 1-1 coaching and consulting support that will be fully customized to your specific needs in one or more of the following areas: health, wellness, nutrition, personal and professional fulfillment, career development, career transition, balanced life, mindset, mindfulness, meditation, life purpose, self-care, relationships, and the art of organizing your time, schedule and physical environment.

My clients come from all over the US and from other parts of the world, therefore my coaching practice is set up to support my clients virtually or in-person. In addition, many women I work with travel frequently or want to have the freedom and flexibility to be able to work with me remotely regardless of the time zone or physical location they reside in permanently or temporarily! In other words, you can work with me pretty much at any time and from any location to fit your busy and demanding lifestyle!

We will connect in person or via phone, Skype or Zoom for a powerful 60-minute coaching or consulting session. During our time together, we will be laser focused on a particular challenge or area of your life that you would like to improve or transform. I will share tools, resources, research, ideas, experience and advice to help you achieve your goals and create the lasting change you desire.

In addition, with most of my coaching programs, you will have full access to me between the sessions, so I can provide you with additional support, answer any of your questions, or serve as your accountability partner.

Our coaching relationship will remain fully confidential as I am well aware that many of my clients are in powerful leadership roles in the business, corporate, finance, legal, medical and other public and private sectors.
